Air Cooler Unit: IDA Series NH3
The air cooler is a type of evaporator. The low temperature and low pressure saturated refrigerant passing through the throttling device of the liquid supply pipeline of the system exchanges heat with the cooled medium through the air cooler, vaporizes the saturated refrigerant and takes away the cold storage heat. The air cooler is mainly composed of five important components, such as heat exchange exhaust pipe, axial flow fan, liquid separator, defrosting device, and water receiving tray. The high-pressure and normal-temperature liquid refrigerant from the liquid supply system of the cold storage is throttled by the throttle valve, and then directly enters the liquid separator of the air cooler, and then is evenly distributed and then sent to the heat exchange pipe for gasification and heat absorption. The axial flow fan of the cooling fan is responsible for the forced convection circulation of the cooling fan and the air in the cold storage to achieve the purpose of cooling the cold storage.

3. Reasonable standard fin spacing: 4.5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm.

1. Various defrosting methods such as electric defrosting, water flushing, hot air defrosting, and mixed defrosting may be selected, and the most suitable defrosting method is designed according to the actual situation.
2. Reasonable design of the water receiving tray to ensure the smooth flow of defrosting water. The water tray is detachable, and the double-layer polyurethane thermal insulation design has good thermal insulation effect and stable operation of the equipment.

Axial Fan:
1. Adopt low-noise maintenance-free external rotor axial flow fan, motor protection grade IP54, insulation grade F, temperature range -30ºC~70ºC, airflow direction is suction.
2. The motor has built-in thermal contactor protection to ensure the safe operation of the motor.
3. The standard configuration motor is a double-speed motor, and the fan can perform two-speed conversion (star and delta connection conversion).
