TVC Series Evaporative Condenser
TVC series Evaporative condenser adopts the centrifugal blower design. The centrifugal fan is installed at the bottom of the equipment and integrated with the water tank. The belt drive system is used to reduce the noise of the Evaporative condenser. It is suitable for noise sensitive occasions. The centrifugal fan can eliminate the static pressure loss, and is suitable for indoor installation. The special structural design is also suitable for container transportation. Modular design makes maintenance easy. The shell plates on both sides of the fan can be disassembled for maintenance of the entire belt drive system.

TVC Series Evaporative Condenser Features:
• Modular design, small land occupation, easy installation and less initial investment.
• Efficient heat exchange coil, 2.5MPa air pressure test, safe and stable. The coil can be hot dip galvanized or stainless steel as required.
• Specially designed water spray system, with large flow, anti clogging, uniform coverage from multiple angles, and full heat exchange. Cooperate with the top water baffle for water recovery, with low drift rate and water conservation.
• The outer body of the equipment is made of 2.0mm aluminum zinc plate, or stainless steel plate. The section is treated with anti-corrosion treatment, with high strength and corrosion resistance.
• Centrifugal fan is adopted, with low noise and large air volume, which can be used indoors. The double speed motor can automatically adjust the speed according to the working conditions, with higher efficiency.
• PVC honeycomb water collector, with good heat exchange effect, anti-aging, easy maintenance and easy replacement.
• The circulating water pump of famous brand is adopted, with large flow, low power consumption and high reliability.
• High quality sealant, combined with special sealing technology, has good sealing effect, beautiful appearance and long sealing life.
