Thermojinn 
Air Cooler Unit: IDC Series CO2

The air cooler is a type of evaporator. The low temperature and low pressure saturated refrigerant passing through the throttling device of the liquid supply pipeline of the system exchanges heat with the cooled medium through the air cooler, vaporizes the saturated refrigerant and takes away the cold storage heat. The air cooler is mainly composed of five important components, such as heat exchange exhaust pipe, axial flow fan, liquid separator, defrosting device, and water receiving tray. The high-pressure and normal-temperature liquid refrigerant from the liquid supply system of the cold storage is throttled by the throttle valve, and then directly enters the liquid separator of the air cooler, and then is evenly distributed and then sent to the heat exchange pipe for gasification and heat absorption. The axial flow fan of the cooling fan is responsible for the forced convection circulation of the cooling fan and the air in the cold storage to achieve the purpose of cooling the cold storage.

1. Φ16mm stainless steel (304 or 316L) coiled pipe, automatic control of pipe bend, smooth curve and high efficiency.
2. Sine wave high thermal conductivity corrugated fins, materials can be selected from aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and coated fins.
3. Reasonable standard fin spacing: 4.5mm, 7mm, 10mm, 12mm.
4. Special design, special spacing design can be carried out according to customer needs to meet customer needs.

Rapid Defrosting System:
1. Electrical defrosting: stainless steel heating pipe,installed in fan,coil and water pan.
2. Water defrosting: water tray spraying, The defrosting is more uniform and efficient, reducing the splash of defrosting water. The external defrosting water tray is convenient for disassembly, cleaning            or replacement, and reduces the maintenance cost.
3. Hot gas defrosting: Hot gas pipe set in tray,energy saving and high efficiency, help oil return to compressor.

Fan System:
1. Extended air throw streamer, air throw can reach to 70m.
2. Motor protection Class IP54,Insulation grade F. Application temperature: -45ºC~50ºC.
3. Duct axial fan blades are made of casting aluminum.
4. Lower noise fan is possible for special application conditions.
