TEC Series Evaporative Condenser
TEC series Evaporative condenser adopts the suction type design, one-way air inlet and downstream mode, and the composite structure of top mounted axial flow fan and secondary PVC heat exchange filler. It is one of the most ideal energy-saving and environment-friendly condensing equipment at present. TEC series equipment has larger size and wider application scope. It is generally used in systems with large heat exchange in chemical industry, steel, coal, medicine, food processing and other fields.
TEC series Evaporative condenser is equipped with simple ladders outside and maintenance channels inside. The maintenance personnel can easily and quickly replace the water baffle, PVC heat exchange filler, etc., and also facilitate the detection and maintenance of the fan motor.

•   Modular design, small land occupation, easy installation and less initial investment.
•   Efficient heat exchange coil, 2.5MPa air pressure test, safe and stable. The coil can be hot dip galvanized or stainless steel as required.
•   Specially designed water spray system, with large flow, anti clogging, uniform coverage from multiple angles, and full heat exchange. Cooperate with the top water baffle for water recovery, with low drift rate and water conservation.
•   The outer body of the equipment is made of 2.0mm aluminum zinc plate, or stainless steel plate. The section is treated with anti-corrosion treatment, with high strength and corrosion resistance.
•   TEC series evaporative condenser axial flow fans are composed of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy central control injection molding blades. The fan is installed in the air duct with streamline inlet. The air is discharged through the air duct. The top clearance volume is small, which greatly improves the fan efficiency.
•   PVC honeycomb water collector, with good heat exchange effect, anti-aging, easy maintenance and easy replacement.
•   The circulating water pump of famous brand is adopted, with large flow, low power consumption and high reliability.
•   High quality sealant, combined with special sealing technology, has good sealing effect, beautiful appearance and long sealing life.
